Through your client portal you can access: Carenotes, Schedules, Caregiver Allocation, Billing, Wallet and much more. 

This is your portal that you can access using your email. If you are a client or responsible party listed on the account you will automatically have access.

We are excited to be serving you ongoing. 

To access your Amada client portal through AxisCare and to view calendar, care notes, invoices, documents and other information please follow below instructions:

1. Click on this link - https://13858.axiscare.com
2. Save as a app: Select the 3 dots on the bottom right of safari, Select Share, then select + Add to Home Screen - It will now appear as an app on your home screen for future use. 

Once open - time to log in

1. Click on text 'Activate account'
2. Put in your email address provided to Amada: 
3. Follow instructions - *if it asks for a 5 digit pin: 13858 or it will ask you to create your own private 4 digit pin.
4. Save your password somewhere safe
5. Review client information and make sure correct.
6. Access anytime
