You have begun the onboarding process. The steps are listed below: 

1. Apply 

2. Phone Interview with Recruiter

3. Invitation to upload Documentation - these are the required documents

• Drivers License
• Social Security
• TB Test Result - Passed
• CPR AED First Aid BLS Certificate - Current
• Car insurance - Current
• Florida Intro Course (Caregiver University) - Passed
• Background Check Affidavit - With Passed Result

4. You Must have completed the upload of the required document before progressing.

5. Complete online Application (Axiscare) & Axiscare App 

5. Book in a Group Interview & Orientation Session at our office

6. If you pass this stage you will be onboarded.
